By accessing or using Ellipse Golf ("the Service"), operated by IC Analytics LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ellipse Golf is a golf course strategy platform that provides shot dispersion modeling, expected score analysis, and aimpoint optimization. Access is provided on an invitation or subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All models, algorithms, software, and content provided through the Service are the exclusive property of IC Analytics LLC. Course mappings created by IC Analytics LLC remain the property of IC Analytics LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
Paid subscriptions are billed as agreed upon between you and IC Analytics LLC. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Strategy recommendations are analytical models, not guarantees of performance. You assume all risk associated with decisions made using the Service.
IC Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
